HW learn from the mistakes of kaw and future combat

Let's learn from Kaw's and FC's mistakes. Plunder Wars are a no. If there is a war system,figure out a way to avoid reverse plunder. Keep the bypasses on attack builds hitting pure spies to avoid osfs. Allow pvp to take place and inactives to be farms. Im not sure if there is a cooler limit, but if there isn't put one. Put a limit on platinum purchases for one day. The developers need to talk to the players through wc. Forums is also a good place for that. Interactions with devs through world chat I find beneficial to the gaming community. other Do's and donts please post below. The TOU is expected to be followed.

Make sure the customers are happy. When they do a purchase have a thank you notice, make them feel appreciated etc.

The dev does talk on wc as the "user" system. Try usually come on once a day, at least every couple. Anytime there is a problem that comes out they talk to us about it. Also many of the top players are adamant to never have osf's or plunder wars and we have decided as a group to farm the crap out of anyone trying. There is a thread somewhere on the forums about it already.
